Introducing Fine Access
Fine Access Sdn Bhd (FASB) was incorporated in 1994 as an investment company. Through its associate company Metro Menawan, in 1997 it secured a contract to build a residential project in Subang Bestari, Shah Alam under Worldwide Holdings Berhad. In 1999 it ventured into education with the formation of Fine Access Business School (FABS). The school was based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan offering 6 month pre-Diploma programs in Commerce and in Accounting. The program was a franchise under Institut Teknologi Mara.
The Chairman
A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
He gathered extensive experience in a wide spectrum of industry and service sectors, including audit and accountancy (London and Kuala Lumpur), tin trading (London), commercial, banking, furniture manufacturing, carpet manufacturing, hotel services and golf clubs, tin mining, power generation, building construction and property development (all in Kuala Lumpur) from 1975 to 1996.
Corporate Structure
Services for staff to manage Pre-Development Planning, Construction Management, Marketing, Sales & Sales Administration are outsourced to CrystalVille Group of Companies. For which a fee is paid.
