Fine Access Sdn Bhd (FASB) was incorporated in 1994 as an investment company. Through its associate company Metro Menawan, in 1997 it secured a contract to build a residential project in Subang Bestari, Shah Alam under Worldwide Holdings Berhad.

In 1999 it ventured into education with the formation of Fine Access Business School (FABS). The school was based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan offering 6 month pre-Diploma programs in Commerce and in Accounting. The program was a franchise under Institut Teknologi Mara.

FASB’s full fledged involvement in property development started with The Eight in Section 27 Shah Alam in 2010. A residential project consisting of 8 units of superlinked homes. The project was sold out in just 3 months.

In the pipeline, are two developments in Taman Sejati Klang. Bayu Homes which consists of 52 units of 2 storey linked homes and Bayu Niaga consisting of 41 units of 2 storey shop offices. Bayu Homes and Bayu Niaga is planned for launching in 2022.
